Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Sales - West to drive
growth in the NOAM & LATAM markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tactical sales coaching and mentoring to the sales team
Assist in recruiting, staffing, and training sales personnel
Formulate and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans
Required Qualifications:
Proven sales management experience in an enterprise environment
Experience selling to mid-size and SME customer segments
Experience managing an outbound sales function with data tools
Proven ability to build and manage remote sales teams
Demonstrated commitment to customer-focused service
