Based in Western Sydney, they are in the process of implementing huge tech transformation projects.About Your New RoleWe are looking for a switched-on HRIS Applications Analyst that has solid support experience with Chris21 (or similar) and shares the same values and motivations in working for a non-profit organisation.Some of the key tasks aligned to this role will include:

• Maintaining and configuring Chris21 HRIS System including integration with other systems.
• Making sure the Chris21 system properly records information.
• Maintain good external relationships with services and support providers.
• Planning of data backup procedures and fall-back strategies.About You
• 2+ years of experience working in an Application Support or Application Analyst role.
• Proven knowledge and expertise with Chris21 or similar HRIS system.
• Experience in supporting enterprise-level applications.
• Well-versed in explaining technical information to non-technical people.What's in it for You?
