Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist IV -
HB/PB to resolve complex medical claims and mentor account
resolution specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve high-level escalated claims and analyze high-dollar,
complex claims for compliance
Mentor account resolution specialists and lead continuous
improvement initiatives
Research and resolve outstanding insurance accounts receivables to
maximize revenue collection
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field
preferred
3+ years of supervising, mentoring, or coaching experience
required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with health insurance companies in
securing payment for complex claims
CRCR certification or completion of certification required within
90 days of hire
Experience with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, or
comparable platforms required
