A company is looking for a Servicing Specialist - Call
Center.
Key Responsibilities
Field calls and emails from homeowners and third parties, providing
assistance and information
Create and explain settlement statements while updating the system
of record accurately
Review subordination requests and follow company and legal
guidelines
Required Qualifications and Education
1-2 years of experience in mortgage servicing call centers
Experience reading mortgage documentation
Ability to multitask in a deadline-oriented environment
Willingness to assist with other tasks and teams as needed
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is
preferred
