Mortgage Compliance Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Mortgage Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to mortgage regulations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with organizational support to resolve loan level compliance issues
Stay updated on mortgage laws and provide training to the team
Assist in managing compliance policies and support external audits

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage compliance
Proficiency in Meridian Link Mortgage LOS or similar software
Any mortgage compliance certification is a plus
