A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist,
LCSW, LMHC for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality virtual individual counseling to members
Create detailed care plans using innovative tools for goal setting
and outcome tracking
Collaborate closely with care teams and document patient progress
and clinical findings
Required Qualifications
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health
Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent clinical license
Must possess an unrestricted New York license
3+ years of experience providing individual counseling
Competency in counseling services for a diverse population using
various approaches
Passion for transforming behavioral healthcare as a trusted
partner
