The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a pivotal role within the finance team, responsible for supporting the company's financial strategy and providing insights to drive informed decision-making. This position is ideal for a skilled financial professional with a solid background in financial analysis and planning, particularly within the retail or fashion industries. The Manager will oversee the FP&A functions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
  
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software).
  
• Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is preferred.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
  
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing or mentoring finance professionals.
