A company is looking for a Tech Lead Manager, Securities Engineering to oversee a technical team and manage product development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of engineers and develop ambitious goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to create a roadmap for the team
Scale and operationalize production trading systems

Required Qualifications

Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of people management experience
5+ years of software engineering experience
Expertise in a modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, R, C/C++)
Experience with high-availability production systems
