Job Description:
We are looking for a high-energy, proactive, and detail-oriented
Listing/Transaction Manager to support our Real Estate team in
managing our listings and transactions.
Responsibilities:
The main parts of the position include:
--- Launching and managing listings from list to contract
--- Managing transactions from contract to close
--- Managing the main phone line and mailbox
--- Assisting the team lead in day-to-day priorities
--- Keeping the team's back office organized
--- Interfacing with team members, clients, and vendors
In order to be successful in this role, you must be proactive, have
strong communication skills, follow through on all tasks given, and
know how to reprioritize hour-by-hour. We'd like to find someone
with a team spirit to build rapport with the team, clients, and
vendors. Real estate experience is required.
Qualifications:
--- Real estate experience is required
--- Assistant experience is a plus
