Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Application Support and
Release Manager specializing in pharmacy systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the support team to ensure high-quality resolution of
application issues and maintain application stability
Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of application
releases with minimal disruption to operations
Oversee incident and problem management processes, ensuring root
causes are identified and resolved
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in application support or release
management, focusing on LTC pharmacy systems
In-depth experience with FWLTC (Framework LTC) pharmacy systems
Strong understanding of release management processes
Experience managing a remote team of user support analysts
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent experience
