Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Coordinator to manage premium
reconciliation and billing functions for various distribution
channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple policies and accounts related to premium accounting
and billing
Communicate financial status and resolve billing discrepancies with
internal and external partners
Provide ongoing client support for billing and premium management,
ensuring smooth transitions for members
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in the group benefits insurance industry
(preferred)
Associate degree, four-year college degree, or equivalent work
experience (preferred)
Experience with group insurance premium and billing
Ability to manage work across multiple functions and locations
Strong organizational and time management skills
