Staff Accountant - Up to $55k

Job Description:

Currently seeking a Staff Accountant for a very well established Advertising firm located here on the West Side.

This position will be working in a small accounting department where you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of private accounting. The position will start out with Billing and A/R in a business to business environment, involvement with ADP payroll and calculation of Accrued Overtime Hours, and account reconciliations.

Additional responsibilities will delegated based on accounting knowledge and experience

Ideal candidates will come with:

ADP knowledge

Quickbooks (enterprise preferred)

Excel (Pivot tables, and V-look ups)

Degree in Accounting or Finance is a must
